Ham Hill Cider
We met up with one of the four brothers behind Ham Hill Cider at the Levels Best farmers' market and their passion for artisan cider was clear. Ham Hill ciders are all made from 100% fresh pressed cider apples and our eye fell on 'early drop', made from the first pressed apples of autumn. A medium cider, it was so crisp and the fresh apple flavour jumped out. Definitely one on our shopping list from now on.
